During this time of uncertainty as our community responds to the unknown challenges posed by COVID-19 The Mutual Bank’s first priority remains steadfastly on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our members, our community and our team at all times.

The Mutual Bank is continually assessing the impact of this situation on its operations, and will continue to provide support for members in the safest and most effective manner, whilst responding appropriately as circumstances evolve.

 

We are taking practical precautions in line with the latest guidance from Federal and State authorities and are engaging with our team and suppliers on a continual basis.

 

Banking Options

Our branches are open for business, and we have implemented measures to protect the safety of our team, however, we encourage all our members to ensure you have more than one means of accessing your money as an immediate, precautionary action.

 

The Mutual Bank offers 24 hour banking access through:

 

  • The Mutual App, which can be downloaded from the App Store
  • Internet Banking, accessed via themutual.com.au
  • Telephone Banking, available by calling 1300 657 523.
  • ATM’s, cash can be withdrawn and funds transferred using a Mutual ATM

 

The Mutual Bank’s Member Service Team are available to help members who are unfamiliar with online banking options, and we encourage you to contact our team now for assistance in activating and/or using our additional banking options either in person at one of our branches or on 1300 688 825.

 

Members can also access their transaction accounts with a linked Visa Card at over 3,200 Australia Post outlets.

 

Financial Hardship

If you are experiencing financial hardship and in need of support due to being impacted in some way because of COVID-19, please let us know and The Mutual Bank will assist as best we can.
